A safe space to create your new ending
New Endings Counseling offers a therapeutic space where individuals can explore their innermost thoughts and emotions in a confidential setting. The office environment is friendly and inviting, fostering a sense of safety and trust for clients to open up without fear of judgment. Through empathetic listening and evidence-based techniques, counseling becomes not only insightful but also comforting and renewing. Within this setting clients are encouraged to cultivate hope, envisioning a brighter future despite their current challenges.
In-person and remote options
Start creating your new ending from anywhere. In-office visits can provide a separate space that some find helpful for creating a therapeutic headspace. For those who would prefer the convenience of counseling in the privacy of your own home or while traveling, Telehealth is a great option. I utilize Zoom (a HIPAA compliant, virtual/computer-based, video calling service) for Telehealth visits. You do not need to always choose one or the other, but use a combination if that is better suited to your schedule.
